WARRANTY FAQS
The first step in a warranty claim is to send an email to sales@thermal-imagers.com from the email your Thermal-Imagers.com Store account is set up under. We will need pictures of the damage with a short description of how it happened. If you really want to make it an easy process please include: the order number, first and last name of the purchaser, color and size of your item, and a ballpark of when the item was purchased. That will make it easy for us to find the original order.

If your item is sold out there are two options, we can send you a replacement when we receive the next shipment, or we can issue a gift certificate for the purchase price of the item. If your item has been discontinued without a replacement we will issue you a gift certificate for the purchase price of the original.

If all the information is provided and you are the original purchaser, we typically have a 48hours response time on the email. Any problem that is caused by abuse, misuse, or an act of nature (fire, flood, moths, etc.) is not covered. Snags, stains, pilling, discoloration, deterioration, burns, or damage from normal wear and tear are not covered by this warranty.
RETURN FAQS
Yes. We are able to accept returns within 30 days of your original purchase date for an exchange or refund if the item(s) are unworn with original tags. All outlet sales are final and not eligible for return or exchange.

It’s perfect for my teenage son; absolutely great value for money. I originally planned to give it to him later, but I haven’t had a chance to open and try it out yet. Wow, I’d only ever seen things like this in sci-fi movies before; I never imagined I could actually buy one now. Even in a completely dark storage room, I can see very clearly, and the colors are vibrant. It can even take photos and videos, and it supports zoom. Battery life is still uncertain. The build quality is excellent, and the screen is very bright.

These night vision goggles are amazing! I live in the woods, so sometimes I hear animal calls at night and need to investigate. With these, even in complete darkness, I can see to the far end of my yard thanks to the built-in infrared light. Plus, it can zoom in and adjust the focus.
I can use them to record videos and take photos. This way, I can take them camping and document any animals I see!
I also plan to use them while hunting, hoping to catch my first deer. I think they’ll be a huge help!
